This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee project workflows, timelines, deliverables, and priorities across various grant initiatives.
• Draft, format, and arrange grant proposals, reports, and other materials intended for clients.
• Conduct thorough quality control on deliverables to guarantee that materials are accurate, complete, consistent, polished, and ready for submission.
• Handle document formatting, which includes headers, footers, templates, and other submission requirements.
• Utilize Adobe and Microsoft Office to edit, format, organize, and prepare professional-grade materials.
• Monitor project requirements, deadlines, outstanding questions, and next steps.
• Proactively recognize missing information, potential challenges, and process deficiencies.
• Systematize project materials and information across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Collaborate with Consultants and project leaders to synchronize deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to process enhancements that boost efficiency, consistency, and quality within the Grants team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, professional services, consulting, grants, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar document-management applications.
• Proven ability to take initiative, identify possible issues, and proactively pursue solutions.
• Preferred: experience supporting projects in consulting, professional services, healthcare, nonprofit, or grant-related sectors.
• Preferred: background in quality control, document production, or deadline-driven deliverables.
• Preferred: experience in coordinating multiple projects or workstreams at the same time.
• Preferred: familiarity with grant proposals, applications, reporting requirements, or other funding-related processes.
• Preferred: experience with grant submission and management platforms such as Grants.gov, SAM.gov, eRA Commons, Research.gov, GrantSolutions, or similar federal, state, or private grant systems.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
