This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the team to develop rollout strategies for various long- and short-term initiatives.
• Interact with team members, other departments, and clients through phone and email communications.
• Take charge of project rollouts and provide timely updates on progress to leadership.
• Directly communicate with clients to keep them informed about project status.
• Engage with clients and team members to accurately determine project requirements.
• Skillfully utilize project management software and quickly adapt to new methods and systems introduced by management.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Effectively manage time and workload with a focus on efficiency.
• Operate independently while maintaining focus on tasks and adhering to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Over 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with managing projects that involve specific deadlines, project plans, and budgets (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
• A proven track record of seeking growth and acquiring new knowledge in a relevant field.
• Positive attitude with a readiness to learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working from a dedicated home office (preferred).
