Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project activities among diverse teams, which include scientists, communications experts, data analysts, engineers, and IT specialists.

• Ensure all assigned project tasks are completed successfully and delivered on time.

• Foster communication, collaboration, and coordination across various cross-functional teams.

• Manage tracking tools that monitor project objectives, current status, deadlines for deliverables, and budget management.

• Organize and lead internal and client-facing check-in meetings.

• Track and assess project-level risks.

• Collaborate with the team to devise strategies to address schedule or budget challenges.

• Interact with community representatives, government officials, water utility professionals, and federal/regional clients.

• Be prepared for long-distance travel within the U.S. approximately 50%–75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree and over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional communication abilities, including adaptability to changing priorities and capacity to manage fast-paced tasks.

• Proven experience in establishing effective communication, collaboration, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

• Previous experience in coordinating water utility projects is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience working within teams that comprise a variety of expertise.

• Ability to engage effectively with community representatives, local and state government officials, water utility professionals, and federal/regional clients.

• Proficient in maintaining project tracking tools for goals, status updates, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets.

• Experienced in hosting and facilitating internal and client-facing check-in meetings.

• Skilled in monitoring project-level risks and formulating mitigation strategies for schedule or budgetary concerns.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport.

• Willingness and ability to travel 50%–75% within the U.S.

• No security clearance is necessary.
