Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and oversee project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Employ project management methodologies and best practices in accordance with PMI and AACE International standards.

• Perform performance analyses using the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology, tracking schedule and cost metrics.

• Monitor and analyze project KPIs, such as Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).

• Identify, track, and evaluate the Critical Path through the Critical Path Method (CPM), assessing impacts and opportunities for schedule recovery.

• Conduct and implement Time Impact Analyses (TIA), evaluating events and modifications that may influence contractual project milestones.

• Compile and deliver weekly progress reports, inclusive of S-curves, dashboards, and management performance analyses.

• Formulate medium- and short-term schedules, incorporating 3-Week Look Ahead (3WLA) and 3-Month Look Ahead (3MLA) methodologies.

• Assist the project management team with trend analysis, completion forecasts, and suggestions for mitigating schedule-related risks.

• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and traceability of planning and control data throughout the project lifecycle.

• Skilled professional tasked with planning, monitoring, and controlling highly intricate projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices aligned with PMI and AACE International standards.

• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Understanding of project KPIs, including SPI and CPI.

• Knowledgeable in the Critical Path Method (CPM).

• Experienced in developing Time Impact Analyses (TIA).

• Proficient in preparing S-curves, dashboards, and management performance analyses.

• Well-versed in 3-Week Look Ahead (3WLA) and 3-Month Look Ahead (3MLA) methodologies.
