Project Controls Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain project cost control mechanisms.

• Track, assess, and revise project cost information and allocated budgets.

• Create charts to illustrate project progress and compile cost reports.

• Assist in predicting time and cost issues using trend analysis.

• Establish and refine measurement systems for processing, analyzing, and identifying enhancements.

• Develop and refresh resource-loaded construction timelines.

• Confirm scope modifications and estimate costs based on contract stipulations.

• Deliver cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for concrete construction initiatives.

• Enforce corporate cost control practices and support project teams in managing budgets.

• Travel to project locations as necessary.

• Operate in a dynamic project setting without supervisory duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree from a two-year institution in Business or Engineering.

• At least one year of experience in construction at a jobsite.

• Fundamental computer skills, encompassing word processing, spreadsheets, and email software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• Skilled in Primavera Scheduling Software.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Must occasionally lift and/or transport up to 50 pounds.
