Project Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain 6-to-12-week forward plans.

• Convert project deployment objectives into shift schedules for field-based Implementation Leads.

• Communicate with client stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person to secure shift bookings.

• Eliminate delivery obstacles and ensure smooth operational flow.

• Reallocate field personnel, manage shift cancellations, and optimize work schedules to achieve 80%+ utilization.

• Keep accurate equipment distribution schedules.

• Supervise training sign-offs and uphold data integrity across internal delivery systems.

• Monitor team performance and document shift variations.

• Provide weekly utilization reports to Project Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in resource planning, field service dispatch, workforce scheduling, or project coordination.

• Confident and proactive communicator with persistent follow-up with stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in scheduling shift-based/field teams or familiarity with rail, construction, utilities, or high-growth sectors is advantageous.

• Must reside in the United Kingdom.
