Senior Financial Controller – T-Systems Austria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Offer financial and strategic evaluations on business transactions, initiatives, technologies, business models, and market trends.

• Facilitate strategic planning procedures for designated business units.

• Execute planning and forecasting tasks.

• Create forecasting models and long-term scenario analyses.

• Oversee, direct, and manage financial controlling of group-wide financial KPIs.

• Produce TSI Executive Management summary reports at the LBU level.

• Assess key financial metrics on a month-to-date, year-to-date, and year-on-year basis.

• Conduct account controlling, which includes month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Manage project controlling, encompassing budgeting and forecasting.

• Analyze, compute, and record accruals, revenues, costs, adjustments, order entries, and order backlogs.

• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Coordinate relevant closing operations on a global scale.

• Act as a primary source of knowledge and operational authority without disciplinary responsibilities.

• Potentially oversee operational management of designated team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the finance sector.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Advanced skills in SAP.

• Intermediate knowledge of PowerBI.

• Exceptional analytical skills, ownership, and time management abilities.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Expertise in result interpretation, reporting, and financial processes overview.

• Advanced capabilities in budgeting, planning, and data analytics.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level is a plus.

• Remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
