This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and evaluate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), focusing on schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, critical path, float, constraints, and overall schedule integrity.
• Create and sustain program-level schedules that integrate maintenance activities, availability intervals, material needs, technical support, logistics, and other program-related dependencies.
• Deliver long-term planning and forecasting to pinpoint requirements, resource necessities, material demand, SME support, and potential scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate schedule contributions and updates with the Project Management Team, Industrial Manager, OEMs, SMEs, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assess planned versus actual schedule performance and offer insights, forecast completion dates, identify critical activities, and evaluate downstream impacts.
• Recognize schedule risks, constraints, and dependencies while supporting mitigation strategies.
• Formulate recovery schedules and mitigation plans for postponed maintenance activities.
• Analyze the schedule effects of changes in availability, maintenance delays, material shortages, technical challenges, and other disruptions.
• Assist in resource and workload forecasting for manpower, material, SME, and maintenance requirements.
• Supply schedule analysis, status updates, and planning data for program reviews, leadership briefings, reports, and client meetings.
• Maintain schedule documentation, including assumptions, planning inputs, and supporting records in line with document control requirements.
• Aid in scenario planning to assess maintenance sequences, resource allocations, and schedule recovery strategies.
• Participate in program syncs and planning meetings, contributing to the management of program schedule risks.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Manager and Project Management Team to synchronize maintenance activities, resources, dependencies, and milestones.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination, or program support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to perform detail-oriented tasks.
• Experience working autonomously, taking initiative, and collaborating with teams to analyze and resolve issues.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and multiple activities concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to communicate schedule status, risks, constraints, and priorities effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Eligibility to obtain a United States Passport.
• Ability to secure a secret U.S. government clearance if required.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory for obtaining a secret clearance.
• Preferred: 5 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or program management support.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Preferred: Availability to work during core business hours aligned with the Eastern time zone.
• Preferred: Experience in maintaining or analyzing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Preferred: Familiarity with critical path analysis, schedule logic, dependencies, float, milestones, schedule health, and recovery planning.
• Preferred: Experience supporting complex maintenance or infrastructure programs.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating with OEMs, SMEs, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts, and Program Management.
• Preferred: Experience in preparing schedule analyses, forecasts, performance reports, and leadership briefings.
