πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist client Project Managers by conducting high-confidence interval analysis of costs and schedules utilizing earned value methodology.

β€’ Create, update, and maintain project schedules.

β€’ Execute schedule analysis to detect delays and suggest corrective measures.

β€’ Perform cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, coupled with proposals for corrective actions.

β€’ Compute and evaluate earned value metrics to uncover project performance challenges.

β€’ Identify and evaluate project risks while formulating mitigation strategies.

β€’ Oversee and manage project scope to ensure alignment with objectives.

β€’ Monitor and manage project resources effectively.

β€’ Provide insights on processes, metrics, and reports both internally and to the client.

β€’ Facilitate effective communication among the project team and internal task forces and initiatives.

β€’ Make informed, data-driven recommendations that influence project and portfolio results.

β€’ Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.

β€’ Mentor and train new Project Controls Analysts on project controls processes and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, construction management, construction technology, civil engineering, another engineering discipline, business management, analytics, or a related certification, along with 3 years of relevant work experience, OR 4 years of relevant experience in project controls, project management, construction management, or a related area.

β€’ Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.

β€’ Capability to utilize Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud.

β€’ Skill in creating and maintaining CPM schedules that comply with EVM and client reporting requirements.

β€’ Ability to construct and sustain EVM schedules throughout the project closeout phase.

β€’ Adherence to client and EVM reporting standards.

β€’ Preferred: 5 years of relevant work experience.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or Oracle suite.

β€’ Preferred: Understanding of the Construction and/or Utilities sectors.

β€’ Residency required in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey.
