Project Consultant, Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client consulting sessions, steering the execution of the recommended methodologies and strategies.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of projects.

• Monitor objectives, KPIs, timelines, and the progress of deliverables.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.

• Ensure that strategies remain in line with project goals.

• Keep client information, activities, and history current in the CRM system.

• Document meeting notes and follow up on project action items.

• Create analyses and reports detailing progress and outcomes.

• Maintain regular communication with clients for follow-ups, alignment, and support.

• Work collaboratively with internal marketing, sales, and development teams.

• Participate in the enhancement and ongoing improvement of projects and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and project management, ideally within a consulting setting.

• Knowledge of acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

• Experience in optimizing acquisition channels, including A/B testing, data analysis, and executing continuous improvements.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in client relationship management.

• Ability to comprehend each client's unique needs and modify strategies accordingly.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with data analysis and interpreting metrics related to strategic decision-making and marketing campaign enhancement is a plus.

• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and convincingly is a plus.
