This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of BIM standards, principles of ISO 19650, project-specific BIM processes, and information management requirements.

• Assist project teams and stakeholders in the application of BIM protocols, workflows, naming conventions, and data specifications.

• Recognize coordination risks, suggest practical solutions, and aid in resolving model, data, and workflow challenges.

• Facilitate BIM collaboration among engineering, design, construction, suppliers, and external project teams.

• Develop and sustain BIM Execution Plans, model review documentation, clash detection and issue logs, information requirements, and CDE workflows and outputs.

• Enhance successful project delivery through ongoing collaboration, high-quality digital models, and agreed-upon BIM outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.

• Several years of experience in implementing BIM methodologies, ISO 19650 principles, and digital information management in engineering or construction settings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM, coordination, and CDE platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Forma, or similar tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in guiding teams, establishing consistency, and fostering solution-oriented collaboration.
