This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the adoption of BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, project BIM processes, and information management requirements.

• Assist project teams and stakeholders in utilizing BIM protocols, workflows, naming conventions, and data specifications.

• Detect coordination risks, suggest effective solutions, and facilitate the resolution of model, data, and workflow challenges.

• Manage BIM collaboration among engineering, design, construction, suppliers, and external project teams.

• Develop and uphold BIM Execution Plans, model review reports, clash and issue logs, information specifications, and CDE workflows and outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a similar technical qualification is preferable.

• Several years of experience implementing BIM methods, ISO 19650 principles, and digital information management in engineering or construction projects.

• In-depth knowledge of BIM, coordination, and CDE platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Forma, or equivalent tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to guide teams, foster consistency, and promote solution-focused collaboration.
