Global Program Launch Manager – Asia Pacific

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions, and pricing strategies throughout the Asia Pacific region.

• Direct the comprehensive program launch process for Companion Animal Group Marketing Programs.

• Collaborate with regional marketing teams and global partners.

• Coordinate efforts with finance, legal, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure that key milestones are met.

• Identify chances to enhance internal processes and boost launch efficiency.

• Support commercial efforts, sales initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

• Organize project meetings.

• Update stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.

• Manage several simultaneous projects while ensuring quality and execution excellence.

• Contribute to the development of strategies and the commercialization of new products along with key marketing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Significant experience in project management, preferably in a commercial, marketing, or product launch setting.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong commercial insight and financial understanding.

• Knowledge of pricing and promotional tactics.

• Highly organized and detail-focused.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Self-motivated with a process-oriented mindset.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in supporting product commercialization, marketing programs, or go-to-market strategies.

• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, finance, legal, IT, and commercial teams.
