Project Associate – Ideal Opportunity for CTA or Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist in the overall management of clinical trial projects.

• Collaborate with the Project Lead to plan and implement various components of clinical trials.

• Ensure that projects meet deadlines and remain within budget constraints.

• Coordinate efforts among internal teams and external vendors for effective project execution.

• Perform continuous evaluations of project performance.

• Prepare and distribute study-specific financial reports while contributing to the financial health of the study.

• Document the scope and objectives of the project in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication among project team members regarding the status and modifications of the project.

• Identify and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolutions are achieved.

• Maintain project management tools, systems, and methodologies.

• Oversee quality assurance activities, audit preparations, internal reviews, and issue resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines along with other relevant regulatory standards.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.

• High level of proficiency with the complete suite of MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools.

• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel if necessary is preferred (approximately 5%).
