Project Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee processes that prepare contributors for AI, LLM, data collection, and relevance initiatives.

• Develop and sustain onboarding workflows, educational materials, and readiness assessments.

• Assess contributor performance to guarantee readiness for tasks.

• Collaborate with Recruiting, Trust & Safety, Delivery, and Program teams.

• Establish workflows, launch materials, and supporting content for new and ongoing projects.

• Create and update enablement materials, including modules, FAQs, exercises, quizzes, and knowledge checks.

• Assess contributor qualifications and their eligibility.

• Keep records and manage access and task assignments within project tools.

• Address contributor onboarding and access inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.

• Maintain trackers and dashboards, offer project updates, and highlight inconsistencies or risks.

• Analyze onboarding and performance challenges, identify root causes, and develop clarifications or refresher content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a metric-driven environment such as operations, production, or a customer support/call center setting.

• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.

• Capability to build and manage trackers and readiness reports.

• Knowledge of AI concepts and terminology, including LLMs, prompting, annotation, and search relevance.

• Experience with ticketing or contributor/crowd support platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to clearly articulate policies and guidelines to diverse audiences.

• Willingness to adapt to changing program requirements and work a night shift schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Experience in project management, data analytics, or process improvement is preferred.
