Project Assistant – Onsite Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Upload and oversee show-specific slides and creative materials across digital displays for designated Live Nation venues.

• Ensure that screen content is precise, up-to-date, and appropriately scheduled in accordance with show dates and campaign timelines.

• Review digital screen content and eliminate outdated or expired materials.

• Upload and manage digital content for touring promotions across relevant venues and dates.

• Assist onsite Food & Beverage marketing efforts by uploading promotional materials on venue screens.

• Refresh digital venue marquees with current show and event details.

• Ensure that marquee content accurately reflects the latest approved creative and event information.

• Monitor scheduled content and make updates as shows are announced, altered, completed, or require any adjustments.

• Identify and rectify missing, outdated, incorrect, or improperly scheduled content.

• Maintain precision when handling show names, dates, venues, creative materials, and campaign timelines.

• Keep internal trackers updated to document content uploads, updates, tour campaigns, and venue coverage.

• Participate in regular Onsite Marketing team meetings.

• Assist the National Director of Onsite Marketing with administrative and project-based responsibilities.

• Maintain organized records and workflows to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Capability to handle a high volume of recurring tasks across various venues, shows, and deadlines.

• Comfort in working independently within a remote setting while staying connected with the larger team.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to proactively highlight questions or issues.

• Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace.

• Willingness to learn new content management and project tracking systems, including Navori, Watchfire, Ignite, BrightSign, and Carousel.

• A passion for live entertainment, concerts, venues, or marketing operations is preferred.

• Prior experience in administrative, marketing, project coordination, digital content, or related fields is advantageous.
