This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to a range of financial advisor teams within the Northeast region.
• Create and oversee annual marketing plans and budgets that align with advisor growth objectives and regional priorities.
• Convert plans into actionable commitments from advisors, including client and prospect activities, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable results.
• Advise on the utilization of marketing budgets, monitor spending, and adjust allocations as necessary.
• Assist advisor teams in selecting appropriate marketing programs, campaigns, tools, and services.
• Establish trusted relationships and lead structured, growth-oriented consultations.
• Challenge ineffective strategies, secure commitment to next steps, and ensure teams are held accountable.
• Document risks and escalate stalled engagements or unresolved issues to leadership.
• Evaluate performance through Salesforce, firm dashboards, and approved reporting tools.
• Analyze net flows, Advisor Channel Inflows, client acquisition, retention, referrals, advisor activities, and the adoption of marketing strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce to examine advisor and client data, generate targeted lists, support campaign decisions, and enhance follow-up processes.
• Assess vendor effectiveness and identify opportunities to reallocate resources towards more impactful activities.
• Identify successful advisor practices and convert them into reusable guidance.
• Collaborate with Practice Management to co-own advisor accountability and coordinate with Advisor Marketing Specialists.
• Work alongside Corporate Marketing, M&A marketing, onboarding teams, and other functional partners.
• Represent the marketing needs of advisors and regional growth opportunities in cross-functional discussions.
• Maintain detailed meeting notes, decisions, commitments, responsibilities, risks, next steps, and advisor marketing plans in designated systems.
• Present regional insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership approximately once or twice a year.
• Present to larger advisor groups, including at the Advisor Summit and company calls.
• Test and assist in scaling approved AI-enabled tools and content strategies.
• Suggest enhancements to scalable marketing programs.
• Take ownership of selected department projects, campaigns, pilots, and new client offerings.
• Travel about four to six times a year, which includes the department retreat, Advisor Summit, and visits with advisor teams.
• A minimum of five years' experience in marketing, sales enablement, practice management, field marketing, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholder or client relationships and multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Ability to influence others and secure commitment to action.
• Comfort with interpreting dashboards and business performance data, utilizing CRM information to explore opportunities, and translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and large advisor audiences, both virtually and in person.
• Capability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact, establish accountability among stakeholders, and navigate complex issues toward resolution.
• Experience collaborating across sales or advisor teams, marketing departments, and other corporate functions.
• Proficient in CRM, reporting, project management, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in wealth management, as a registered investment adviser, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.
• Background in supporting financial advisors, sales professionals, or a distributed field organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing or productivity tools within approved business controls is preferred.
• Candidates should ideally reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
