This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the content and editorial calendar from initial draft to publication.
• Draft and refine blog posts, email copy, social media content, landing pages, and educational materials for both patients and providers.
• Collect feedback from clinicians and internal specialists, facilitate the review of drafts, and manage revisions.
• Assist with video and testimonial content logistics, including scheduling, consent processes, interview preparation, and repurposing content.
• Create and launch email campaigns and lifecycle programs using HubSpot.
• Administer HubSpot templates, lists, segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and forms.
• Oversee campaign setup, testing, quality assurance, and scheduling.
• Generate and maintain reports for campaigns and channels.
• Identify actionable trends and performance challenges in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
• Provide support for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
• Handle event logistics, including collateral, booth materials, registration, promotional assets, follow-up, and lead capture.
• Keep project trackers, timelines, and deliverables updated across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Conduct initial vendor work reviews to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, drafting, and production efficiency.
• Create presentations, one-pagers, and materials for partners.
• Produce on-brand assets using Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of materials for Partner and Network teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Network, and partner teams on messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
• Oversee the management of company merchandise, including sourcing, ordering, inventory, and distribution.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Practical experience with HubSpot, particularly in email and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in analyzing campaign reports and summarizing performance metrics.
• Skilled in using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing processes that are not yet in place.
• Experience in the healthcare, health tech, digital health, or provider networks is preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience supporting events, conferences, or webinars is preferred.
• Familiarity with coordinating video or testimonial content is a plus.
• Understanding of content requiring consent, privacy, or compliance review is preferred.
• Basic video editing skills are preferred.
• Experience with website CMS, especially HubSpot, is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization fundamentals is preferred.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools for enhancing output and quality is preferred.
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
