This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver administrative assistance to Programs and Projects within the Commercial Nuclear division
• Create procedures, documents, records, and project-related information
• Write, proofread, and refine correspondence, reports, specifications, white papers, calculations, and various other written materials
• Manage correspondence control logs, databases, spreadsheets, and project SharePoint sites
• Organize appointments and meetings
• Draft meeting minutes, action logs, letters, and other written documents
• Coordinate visitor/customer visits and arrange special events as instructed by management
• Prepare purchase requisitions
• Design and maintain onboarding packages and checklists for new employees
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of administrative experience
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Experience in highly-regulated environments with considerable security, cybersecurity, and data protection mandates
• Must be a U.S. citizen to be considered
