Project and Business Analysis Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Enhance system adoption while reducing execution risk through effective project management, comprehensive end-user training, and seamless cross-functional communication.

• Oversee projects that involve both internally developed solutions and third-party vendor offerings.

• Manage projects focused on conversion initiatives.

• Spearhead the successful implementation of business-oriented processes and solutions.

• Monitor project progress relative to objectives and deliver status reports.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.

• Propel both existing and new platform capabilities into the organization.

• Collaborate with technology providers to formulate implementation strategies.

• Guarantee that documentation fosters user adoption.

• Ensure training is conducted during the implementation of solutions.

• Assess adoption rates and refine processes and procedures accordingly.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Solutions Implementation team.

• Supervise business analysts, including conducting annual evaluations and managing daily operations.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university.

• 7–8 years of relevant experience and/or training.

• 7–8 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Deep understanding of banking operations.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication with employees across all levels of the organization.

• Strong grasp of change management principles, particularly when engaging with individuals resistant to change.

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on limited information.

• Solid understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Competent in using a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Rally.

• Certification as a Project Manager is preferred, such as ScrumMaster or PMI.

• Successful completion of drug and background checks is a prerequisite for employment.
