Project Administrator/Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct operational evaluation site visits to established STARBASE locations as directed by the ODASW (RI) Director of Civil Military Programs, at least once every three years.

• Assess site operations and the delivery of curriculum to ensure compliance with DoW guidelines and essential program elements.

• Complete a minimum of 10 site evaluations annually.

• Create and maintain a national program evaluation checklist.

• Review and modify the site assessment tool to ensure accurate statistical documentation and evaluation of program effectiveness.

• Prepare reports from site visits that include suggested action plans and timelines for addressing any identified deficiencies.

• Engage in training workshops for Program Directors and Instructors.

• Offer technical assistance and support to programs that provide STARBASE Advanced.

• Oversee the compilation of the STARBASE Annual Report.

• Act as a primary liaison between the organization and government stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel to STARBASE locations across the country.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Preferred experience in government contracting.

• Preferred experience in curriculum development.

• High attention to detail is essential.
