Project Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a thorough review and audit of over 5,000 receipt tickets monthly to ensure accuracy in volumetrics, haulers, and ownership.

• Assemble invoicing support for the monthly billing process and collaborate with the accounting team to guarantee precise invoicing.

• Investigate and resolve any disputes related to invoicing.

• Collaborate with vendors and water operations personnel to pinpoint and suggest enhancements in technology and processes.

• Organize and prepare regulatory and utilization reports for storage facilities.

• Keep commercial terms up to date on a quarterly basis for all customers.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new customers and haulers, which includes EQT FOCUS certification, water agreements, and service agreements.

• Draft and manage water sharing agreements for third-party operator deliveries to EQT well pads.

• Coordinate and maintain communication with PCC.

• Manage cost control for water transportation operations and ensure quality control of the ticketing system.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2+ years of relevant experience.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient data analysis skills with the capacity to discern trends and patterns.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Preferred: 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field.

• Preferred: Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for dataset manipulation and automating repetitive tasks.

• Preferred: Experience within the transportation or natural gas sector.

• Remote work is not available for residents in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee, unless they are willing to relocate.
