This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of new business initiatives and ensure operational continuity across various sites.
• Work directly under the supervision of a Senior Team member, receiving more than 50% oversight and mentorship.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed process flows and layout designs.
• Engage in performance enhancement and crisis management support activities.
• Participate in operational reviews related to RFPs and implementation milestones.
• Contribute to hyper-care assistance for relocations, application migrations, and new project launches.
• Aid in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and volume stress assessments.
• Provide adaptable operational support during hiring gaps or transition periods.
• Participate in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning discussions.
• Support overall stabilization goals within the operations support team.
• Adhere to corporate and site-specific policies regarding performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Preferred experience in process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is advantageous.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities across simultaneous projects.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, personnel, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as needed by operational demands.
• Capable of adapting to change and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be willing to travel by air and/or automobile.
