Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or two major client programs that encompass Adobe, Salesforce, data, and AI workstreams.

• Manage the entire operational client relationship and ensure comprehensive programme delivery.

• Take charge of delivery across all workstreams, ensuring alignment to a single plan and outcome.

• Conduct programme governance, steering committees, dependency management, and handle escalations.

• Serve as the primary operational delivery contact for executive stakeholders within the client.

• Oversee programme operations, including resource management, financials, and reporting across workstreams.

• Supervise third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and costs.

• Track programme margins and deliver budget and revenue reports to account management.

• Identify client needs and opportunities for enhancement by the account team.

• Plan for continuity as existing workstreams conclude and new ones commence.

• Report to the PMO and Program Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in programme or senior project management, overseeing enterprise programmes with multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Experience in consultancy or agency environments, working directly with senior client stakeholders.

• Exposure to front-office technology, preferably across platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, data, or AI.

• Proven experience in managing programme budgets, forecasts, and margins.

• Experience leading steering committees and managing escalations.

• Excellent communication skills for keeping executives updated and ensuring alignment within delivery teams.

• Capability to link business outcomes with the delivery of technical workstreams.
