This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns effectively.
β’ Analyze performance trends to guide optimizations for individual campaigns and across the portfolio.
β’ Collaborate with Programmatic Traders and Supervisors to ensure campaign success.
β’ Track and evaluate campaign performance while leading analytics reporting efforts.
β’ Utilize various DSPs and analytics platforms to guarantee precise setup and tracking.
β’ Lead investigations into discrepancies and conduct root-cause analyses across platforms.
β’ Assist in compliant and privacy-conscious audience activation through identity resolution and data onboarding.
β’ Query, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets using advanced SQL techniques.
β’ Act as the primary programmatic contact for clients, translating technical details into business-friendly language.
β’ Provide mentorship to junior team members.
β’ Keep documentation up to date regarding tagging instructions, implementation status, QA results, and technical workflows.
β’ Ensure that tagging, pixel implementation, and data collection/onboarding adhere to HIPAA, FDA/OPDP guidelines, and healthcare advertising policies specific to platforms.
β’ Protect against the inadvertent collection of protected health information during campaign tracking.
β’ Assess new ad technology and data partnerships and contribute to testing frameworks for new integrations.
β’ Stay informed about identity resolution, cookieless tracking, and privacy-compliant measurement alternatives.

β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent education combined with professional experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with DSPs.
β’ Proficiency in advanced SQL.
β’ Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Campaign Manager.
β’ In-depth knowledge of data analysis and principles of programmatic advertising.
β’ Experience with identity resolution and data onboarding processes.
β’ Proficiency in pixel and tag implementation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
β’ Ability to recognize performance trends and convert them into campaign and portfolio enhancements.
β’ Capacity to articulate technical nuances in clear business terms.
β’ Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy issues.
β’ Basic knowledge of the MLR review process and FDA/OPDP promotional guidelines.
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and mentorship capabilities.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to documentation and process adherence.
β’ Ability to handle multiple technical workstreams in a dynamic environment.
β’ Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agencies.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with healthcare-specific DSPs and data partners, including DeepIntent, Doceree, and PulsePoint.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of identity resolution and data-onboarding platforms such as LiveRamp, clean rooms, and CDPs.
β’ Preferred: experience in evaluating and onboarding ad tech and data partners, along with building testing frameworks.
β’ Preferred: possession of relevant platform certifications.
β’ Preferred: experience with third-party verification tools like DoubleVerify, IAS, and MOAT.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of privacy-safe measurement alternatives such as Privacy Sandbox, Unified ID 2.0, and clean-room methodologies.
