Program Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supervise the execution of designated programs

• Spearhead the development of program initiatives aimed at enhancing and monitoring service delivery and outcomes for targeted populations

• Create and implement new programs, encompassing project and work plans

• Carry out program development activities in collaboration with providers and/or internal organizations

• Investigate industry trends and suggest new programs and strategies

• Design provider and/or internal training modules

• Establish and monitor outcome measures for specific populations

• Analyze and interpret outcome data while presenting findings to management

• Identify potential funding opportunities

• Manage cross-departmental teams engaged in program development and improvement initiatives

• Generate innovative solutions for treatment challenges related to specific populations

• Represent the organization in essential community and state meetings concerning specific populations

• Perform additional duties as required

• Adhere to all policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship at any time

• The candidate must be a resident of Arizona

• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary for provider outreach, training, and collaboration activities

• A Master's Degree or higher is required for Arizona

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Master's degree in a Healthcare-related discipline

• Over 3 years of experience in Behavioral or Physical Health

• Preferred: experience within the adult behavioral health system

• Preferred: proven experience in provider engagement, stakeholder facilitation, and relationship management

• Preferred: licensure/certification as RN, LPC, LCSW, LMAFT, or LISAC
