This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the Hire Hopkins email inbox, manage inquiries, direct messages appropriately, and monitor response progress.
• Design, develop, and disseminate feedback tools for employers, JHU stakeholders, and students.
• Manage Concur expense processes, which includes handling processing, tracking, reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to policy.
• Sustain vendor partnerships, manage contracts, subscriptions, and operational requirements.
• Assist with employer events, recruitment initiatives, and site visits by setting up registrations, configuring Handshake, preparing materials, and tracking post-event data.
• Enhance scalable administrative processes.
• Maintain the office's technological framework, including the website, SharePoint, CRM, Handshake, and other systems.
• Refresh website content, employer partner details, and team resources.
• Organize SharePoint management, version control, and access rights.
• Conduct CRM data entry, manage user access, and perform routine upkeep.
• Collaborate with the Handshake administrator to oversee job postings and employer interactions, ensuring proper tagging and visibility.
• Act as the operational liaison to the Office of Digital Transformation regarding technology operations, integrations, and platform assistance.
• Aid in the assessment of new technological solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM, Handshake, event registration, and employer engagement platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and assess records for events, registrations, surveys, and their outcomes.
• Work with the Office of Digital Transformation on data cleansing, formatting, delivery, requests, and infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate operational metrics, survey feedback, and event results, making recommendations for enhancements.
• Prepare regular internal reports on operational metrics, employer engagement, and event results.
• Utilize Excel and PowerBI to convey operational insights to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration within an academic setting.
• Additional education may substitute for the required experience based on the JHU equivalency formula.
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for the required education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, where applicable.
• Availability from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

• Preferred: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
