Program Operations Data Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and influence to program directors, factory managers, and external stakeholders.

• Oversee and implement processes, standards, and strategies that support Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality initiatives.

• Offer support for Cost Account Management.

• Participate in and assist with metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings.

• Contribute to proposals by creating Basis of Estimates and materials for the Standard Bidding Tool.

• Assist in Missile Delivery and Teardown Tracking utilizing SAP tools.

• Collaborate with the Material Program Manager team on metrics, data analytics, presentations, and supplier interactions.

• Establish internal operational key performance indicators to guarantee timely customer deliveries and compliance with plans.

• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives throughout OSC processes.

• Provide support to all Strategic Make Centers manufacturing locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience coupled with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.

• Familiarity with Special Access Programs and Office 365.

• Experience in a manufacturing factory setting.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearance.

• An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required before the start date.

• Capability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to the start date.

• Potential to secure a higher clearance level or program access before the start date.

• Earned Value Management System certification is preferred.

• Experience in data analytics and dashboard development is preferred.

• Previous experience presenting to program leaders and clients is preferred.

• Experience in managing employees and teams while working within a matrix organization is preferred.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills are preferred.
