Program Manager – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement strategic transformation initiatives within the organization's larger transformation framework.

• Convert strategy into actionable programs while ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

• Manage extensive, organization-wide, cross-functional projects or initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively communicate and implement changes throughout the business.

• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, encompassing timelines, resources, dependencies, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Work alongside cross-functional business leaders to create and implement processes and tools that promote market-leading service and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Guide and motivate cross-functional partners managing competing priorities.

• Foster continuous improvement through data analysis and adherence to best practices.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams to achieve program goals.

• Advocate for change management strategies to facilitate program adoption.

• Create and manage program documentation, including status reports and updates for executives.

• Identify and address program obstacles and bottlenecks.

• Provide thought leadership to stakeholders.

• Take direct responsibility for critical initiatives and drive swift, measurable outcomes.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in change management or project management are advantageous.

• Proven expertise in at least one area of transformation.

• A strong track record of successful stakeholder management at various organizational levels.

• Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital trends.

• Strong organizational and program management skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on Return on Investment.
