Program Manager – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement strategic transformation projects as part of the organization’s wider transformation agenda.

• Manage extensive, organization-wide, cross-functional projects or initiatives.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and advance progress.

• Work alongside stakeholders to effectively communicate and enact change throughout the business.

• Develop and sustain thorough program plans, encompassing timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to establish and implement processes and tools that promote market-leading service and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Inspire and guide cross-functional partners managing competing priorities.

• Foster continuous improvement through data analysis and the application of best practices.

• Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams and workstreams to achieve program objectives.

• Advocate for change management strategies to enhance program acceptance.

• Create and sustain program documentation, including status reports and executive summaries.

• Identify and address program challenges and bottlenecks.

• Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to stakeholders.

• Take direct responsibility for pivotal initiatives and achieve rapid, measurable outcomes.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in change management or project management are advantageous.

• Proven expertise in at least one transformation area.

• A history of effective stakeholder management across various organizational levels.

• Strong capabilities in data analysis and visualization.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital trends.

• Excellent program management and organizational skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on Return on Investment.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Leadership and influence skills within a team context.

• A mindset geared towards process improvement.
