Program Manager – Released Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee programs for launched products, which include significant revisions, performance or configuration updates, compliance-related modifications, manufacturing alterations, and documentation-affecting changes.

• Develop and maintain revision plans that outline the scope, impacted products and configurations, deliverables, responsible parties, dependencies, milestones, and implementation status.

• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings, including the creation of agendas, providing status updates, making decisions, and tracking action items.

• Keep track of schedules, scope, risks, and readiness; identify any gaps and escalate for decisions or additional resources as needed.

• Coordinate the readiness for release and implementation across Engineering, Operations, Service, Project Management, and external manufacturing partners.

• Manage documentation updates for product specifications, data sheets, IOM manuals, submittals, drawings, test information, labels, and attachments.

• Oversee the follow-through on implementations for approved ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs that impact released products.

• Ensure that changes are accurately reflected in BOMs, drawings, controlled documents, manufacturing instructions, supplier communications, and product records.

• Maintain traceability between the scope of revisions, engineering changes, documentation deliverables, approvals, and implementation evidence.

• Keep dashboards, trackers, meeting records, and decision logs updated.

• Provide status reports to Product Development leadership and stakeholders, emphasizing milestones, risks, overdue actions, and necessary decisions.

• Manage the transition between Product Development and Operations, including conducting readiness reviews and establishing completion criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a similar technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project coordination, product lifecycle support, engineering change coordination, production planning, or a comparable role focused on engineered or manufactured products.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional efforts involving Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Service, and suppliers or contract manufacturers.

• Familiarity with revision control, engineering change processes, documentation workflows, or configuration management in a quality-focused manufacturing setting.

• Strong program coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple revisions and competing priorities effectively.

• Highly organized, with the capability to maintain clarity in scope, ownership, dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, and action statuses.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, report status, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Proficient in interpreting and working with BOMs, drawings, engineering change records, technical documents, and product configuration data.

• Comfortable collaborating with technical writers, engineers, project managers, operations and manufacturing teams, and external partners.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project or document tracking tools.
