This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of comprehensive program planning for Project Phoenix, which includes the master timeline, milestones, and dependencies across three distinct workstreams and three stages of Nirvana.
β’ Collaborate with workstream leaders to monitor progress, identify risks, and facilitate decision-making.
β’ Work alongside Nirvana-stage leaders to oversee initiative progress and synchronize foundational efforts.
β’ Recognize intersections and dependencies, proactively addressing conflicts as they arise.
β’ Establish and manage Phoenix's operational rhythm, which encompasses status updates, leadership check-ins, and decision documentation.
β’ Lead company-wide communications regarding Phoenix and provide clear, consistent updates on a regular basis.
β’ Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO, embodying the CEO's priorities during working sessions and escalating issues that require immediate attention.
β’ Convert high-level strategic goals into actionable plans, designated owners, and timelines.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading intricate, cross-functional programs or projects, particularly during periods of substantial organizational change.
β’ Ability to authentically connect with individuals at all levels within the organization, from executives to frontline employees.
β’ Clear and direct communication skills, especially when addressing challenges or issues.
β’ Capability to engage directly with any area of the organization or any issue related to the program.
β’ Ability to maintain a holistic view of the overall transformation while linking workstream and Nirvana-stage decisions to the objectives of Phoenix.
β’ Comfort in operating closely with executive leadership and synthesizing ambiguous, rapidly changing information into clear plans and communications.
β’ Strong fundamentals in project management, including planning, sequencing, risk management, and status reporting.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for audiences at both the company-wide and leadership levels.
β’ Discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive, non-public information.
β’ Proactive attitude towards action and follow-through, with a willingness to hold senior stakeholders accountable.
β’ Experience with technology, systems implementation, or business transformation initiatives is a significant advantage.
