Program Manager, PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate a unified team across gFiber by coordinating cross-functional groups towards shared objectives

• Collaborate on initiatives that span multiple products and teams

• Enhance and develop projects from conceptualization through development, training, testing, and comprehensive market launches

• Implement intricate projects that provide internet access to individuals

• Oversee several interrelated projects with moderate to high complexity, customer impact, and scope

• Deliver weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership

• Propel project completion, foster consensus, and challenge proposals as necessary

• Supervise system readiness testing (SRT) and market readiness testing (MRT)

• Anticipate, address, or escalate obstacles

• Generate executive reports adhering to established templates and timelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 4 years of experience in project management, product management, operations, or consulting

• Proficient in presenting to executives and managing intricate details with subject matter experts

• Direct experience in simultaneously creating multiple program project plans

• Active oversight of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies, and decision logs
