This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the primary manager for client relationships and the main liaison between clients and Valeris.
• Oversee program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis for assigned brands.
• Assist with program maintenance, updates, launches, and changes to business rules.
• Track account funding, approved claims, submitted tickets, and workflows related to claims.
• Maintain specific trackers for programs, ServiceNow tickets, LOE scoping forms, and meeting documentation.
• Lead weekly meetings with J&J, create agendas, facilitate discussions, and share meeting minutes.
• Organize meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring follow-up on deliverables and action items.
• Generate weekly automated reports and keep weekly insights trackers updated.
• Analyze claims, enrollments, budget performance, and key program metrics; identify anomalies and trends.
• Collaborate with HUB program managers to oversee communications related to tickets and escalations.
• Monitor change orders and conduct monthly budget tracking.
• Handle invoicing and review statements of work for accuracy in billing.
• Investigate instances of missed KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and document corrective measures.
• Manage client dashboards, budget files, projections, and variance analyses.
• Prepare data for quarterly business reviews, presentations, accruals, and audit investigations.
• Coordinate year-end BRD renewals, data extractions, SOW updates, ServiceNow tickets, and change-order documentation.
• Create and implement HyperCare alerts for changes in business rules and program launches.
• Conduct FOP reviews and keep project sheets under observation.
• Offer mentorship and training to colleagues.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis.
• Skills to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver timely, scoped, and budget-compliant solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, competitive environments, and client goals.
• Ability to utilize data and key performance indicators to generate actionable recommendations.
• Competence in managing vendor and partner relationships, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute with an accuracy of 97% preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Drug screening may be required based on the position, in accordance with company policies.
