Program Manager, Partner Programs – Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the qualification and pursuit of new partnerships with ISVs, VARs, OEMs, and SIs.

• Prioritize partnership initiatives based on industry and regional objectives and targets.

• Collaborate with the commercial team on strategies for partner go-to-market initiatives.

• Develop and implement contractual agreements, enablement processes, and business plans.

• Market and implement the company’s industry solutions.

• Monitor and analyze the partner ecosystem's performance, identifying coverage and industry or geographical needs.

• Work alongside marketing on go-to-market strategies, sales materials, and targeted events.

• Advise prospective customers while maintaining strategic working relationships.

• Propel revenue growth, promote partner adoption, and facilitate entry into new markets.

• Influence, motivate, and engage team members and business partners.

• Mentor, coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Contribute to team development and offer insights to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in sales, business development, strategic alliances, or product marketing.

• Demonstrated success in initiating, developing, and monetizing partner alliances.

• Strong understanding of SaaS software solutions or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in facilitation and project management.

• Critical thinking, creativity, and the capacity to influence, motivate, and engage team members and business partners.

• Skills in consensus-building and interpersonal relations.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, SaaS Software Solutions, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
