Program Manager, Oncology Care Pathways

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the delivery of oncology care pathways from the execution of contracts through to technical go-live, clinical activation, and ongoing usage.

• Enhance processes related to site-side IT and EHR dependencies, IRB and research contracting, configuration, data validation, and clinical champion approval.

• Develop activation plans specific to each site and establish a supporting pipeline alongside clinical sales, demand generation, and marketing teams.

• Collaborate with Finance and life sciences teams to understand the implications of go-live milestones.

• Create and implement onboarding and training programs for oncologists, urologists, APPs, navigators, and pharmacists.

• Develop reusable training resources such as quick-start guides, role-specific walkthroughs, and refresher courses.

• Track early post-go-live usage and resolve issues in coordination with Product and Clinical AI teams.

• Cultivate relationships with clinical champions, service line leaders, and administrators.

• Act as the primary contact at the site during the activation and initial adoption phases.

• Represent Viz in meetings held by oncology and urology societies.

• Assist Sales and Customer Success in client discussions, demonstrations, and addressing objections.

• Offer clinical insights into product direction in collaboration with the Product team.

• Maintain an accurate record of oncology site statuses, milestones, responsible parties, blockers, and timelines.

• Establish cross-functional interfaces, handoffs, and escalation pathways.

• Coordinate oncology communications across technical, product, site engagement, and training efforts.

• Develop reporting for leadership and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology or urology within clinical operations, care pathways, clinical program management, field medical, implementation, or customer-facing clinical roles.

• Direct experience in community urology or community oncology environments.

• Proven ability to manage multi-site, multi-stakeholder programs or projects with strict deadlines.

• Experience in an AI-native or rapidly growing health technology company.

• A successful history of launching clinical sites and promoting clinician adoption.

• Strong clinical understanding and credibility with oncologists and urologists.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Capability to identify risks early, accompanied by a proposed plan.

• Comfort in working with minimal established processes and frequent re-evaluations.

• Experience supporting life sciences-sponsored clinical programs, encompassing IRB, research contracting, and sponsor milestone reporting.

• Familiarity with oncology and urology EHR and workflow systems such as Epic Beacon, iKnowMed, OncoEMR, and Athena.

• Working knowledge of NCCN guidelines and updates regarding clinical decision support.

• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar program and pipeline tracking tools.

• U.S. work authorization that does not require sponsorship, now or in the future.
