Program Manager, Named Accounts, Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert established objectives into a detailed scope, milestones, accountable parties, dependencies, and success metrics.

• Develop and manage operational frameworks, encompassing program plans, action and risk monitoring, status reports, and governance structures.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and execution shortcomings early, and propose practical solutions.

• Drive decisions to completion and ensure accountability among owners, including senior stakeholders, to meet their commitments.

• Maintain persistent follow-ups and escalate obstacles before they escalate into major issues.

• Lead working sessions, recognize trade-offs, and translate business or customer requirements into actionable strategies.

• Oversee specific budget, vendor, and reporting duties.

• Continuously enhance the team's planning, execution, and tracking processes.

• Operate independently, while seeking guidance during critical junctures.

• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or PMO roles.

• Proven history of managing intricate, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.

• Demonstrated capability to influence without direct authority and drive action among stakeholders who do not report to you, including senior leadership.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel to customer institutions and Autodesk events, up to 30% of the time.

• Strong passion for higher education.

• Comfortable encouraging stakeholders to commit and deliver while maintaining healthy relationships.

• Proficient in identifying assumptions, clarifying priorities, and expediting decision-making in complex settings.

• Motivated by solving intricate problems and uniting diverse stakeholders around common goals.
