This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of standardized programs and projects across client accounts.
• Ensure that all activities align with established timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and uphold trust-based relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
• Manage conflicts and nurture long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal project teams.
• Mentor team members to ensure they provide high-quality client service.
• Maintain governance structures for programs.
• Monitor project metrics and forecast capacity requirements.
• Provide leadership with regular updates regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in the development of proposals, contract renewals, and account strategies.
• Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and organizational growth.
• Travel to the Fargo, ND site or client locations as needed.
• A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is required.
• An advanced degree in a scientific discipline is strongly preferred, such as molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing project or program role within the life sciences sector.
• Preference for candidates with over 3 years of experience in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) environment.
• Experience in managing projects and contracts within a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven field.
• Knowledge of mRNA LNP Drug Product along with industry insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate risks and implement sustainable solutions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
