Program Manager – Major Deployments, Site Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assessment of new technologies and operational capabilities that enhance efficiency, safety, and security within commercial operations.

• Create evaluation frameworks that measure technical feasibility, operational impact, implementation complexity, and long-term business value.

• Develop financial and operational ROI models that support investment decisions and executive recommendations.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations to design customer-specific solutions and evaluate operational readiness.

• Transition successful pilot programs into repeatable and scalable operational processes.

• Design and execute operational models for integrating innovative technologies into standard business practices.

• Establish governance, documentation, training, and success metrics to ensure sustainable adoption.

• Assess operational performance and refine processes based on business outcomes.

• Monitor post-deployment benefit realization and quantify efficiency, cost savings, risk mitigation, and user adoption.

• Lead a portfolio of strategic operational initiatives that support commercial site security programs.

• Define program scope, milestones, resource needs, and execution plans for concurrent initiatives.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and resource distribution.

• Create executive-level reports detailing progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

• Act as the operational liaison between Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Business Operations.

• Align cross-functional teams regarding implementation priorities, timelines, and operational readiness.

• Address organizational challenges that impact program execution.

• Persuade executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and business case development.

• Build, mentor, and develop a team of program managers and operational subject matter experts.

• Set delivery standards, documentation practices, and operational governance.

• Promote execution, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in leading enterprise operational programs, technology operations, business transformation, or security operations.

• Experience in a large enterprise or technology firm evaluating emerging technologies for operational implementation.

• Proven track record of transitioning new technologies from evaluation and pilot stages to enterprise-scale operational deployment.

• Experience in developing business cases, ROI analyses, and operational success metrics that inform executive decision-making.

• Strong grasp of enterprise operational processes, change management, and technology implementation.

• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, and executive stakeholders.

• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting commercial site security, physical security operations, or enterprise security technology.

• Preferred: Experience evaluating AI, automation, robotics, computer vision, autonomous systems, or other cutting-edge technologies.

• Preferred: Background in program management, business operations, or operational excellence.

• Preferred: Experience in developing operational governance frameworks and measuring post-deployment performance.
