Program Manager – Live Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of assigned Live Programs engagements, particularly those that are complex, multi-session, and involve various stakeholders.

• Organize and facilitate partner-facing kickoff, regular check-in, and debrief meetings.

• Establish trust with the primary contacts at partner organizations and represent CDI with credibility.

• Act as the main point of contact between CDI Educators and partners.

• Schedule Educators and ensure their alignment with partner requirements and CDI program standards.

• Manage communications with participants, including scheduling, pre- and post-program information, and addressing inquiries.

• Drive ongoing enhancements of delivery and evaluation systems utilizing Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana.

• Identify recurring issues and propose workflow improvements for the larger delivery team.

• Collaborate with the Research team to refine Live Programs evaluation to align metrics with CDI’s theory of change.

• Develop and execute evaluation processes for intricate engagements.

• Lead analytical efforts to convert program data into actionable insights for delivery, curriculum design, and partner outcomes.

• Work in partnership with Implementation, Partnerships, Education, and Culture Change teams.

• Assist in training Educators and managing logistics for new and updated programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a learning and development or educational environment.

• Proven experience in independently managing complex or multi-stakeholder projects.

• Demonstrated confidence and credibility in partner-facing situations.

• Ability to lead external meetings, foster trust with senior stakeholders, and represent the organization in critical relationship-building discussions.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.

• Strong process-oriented mindset with a history of identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and efficiency gains.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with data and evaluation, capable of translating program data into insights.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Quick to learn and efficiently utilize Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable.
