Program Manager IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of new regulatory requirements, such as the REAL Health Providers Act, the Medicaid Mega Rule, state-specific directory regulations, and ongoing compliance reporting activities including RARR.

• Act as a primary liaison for monitoring regulatory changes, evaluating their impact on the business, and facilitating remediation efforts across various teams.

• Develop and deliver executive-level communications for program updates and discussions at the executive level across functions.

• Lead extensive, cross-functional implementation or process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with organizational leaders on the restructuring and realignment of team members.

• Supervise program planning, management, and execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Generate detailed timelines and ensure that deliverables meet project management standards.

• Coordinate project managers and business analysts overseeing individual workgroups.

• Create executive dashboards and updates on project status.

• Develop reports for ongoing analytics following project implementation.

• Provide best practices and training information to indirect reports, colleagues, and employees.

• Prepare and present documents for Program Steering Committees and the Executive team.

• Evaluate program risks, escalate issues, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.

• Manage risk, budget/forecasting, dependencies, and strategic business or operational analysis opportunities.

• Serve as the initial escalation contact for project-related issues and risks.

• Communicate business and technological challenges and their solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of Program or Project Management experience is essential.

• Prior experience in a leadership role within a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-scale provider data governance, master data management (MDM), or healthcare data quality programs within a payer, provider, or healthcare technology organization is required.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
