Program Manager III – Payment Accuracy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Enhance program efficiency, service levels, and overall value by monitoring and capturing performance metrics.

• Discover opportunities to boost efficiency, elevate service levels, and ensure compliance through improved operations.

• Create strategies to capitalize on improvement opportunities while ensuring alignment of organizational priorities and resources.

• Oversee multiple projects throughout their entire life cycle, including gathering requirements, planning and scheduling, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as action items, issue lists, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide leadership and update stakeholders on project status through executive summaries and presentations.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to obtain resources, address issues, and manage risks.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to fulfill stakeholder expectations and achieve company objectives.

• Offer functional and technical expertise related to program requirements and operations.

• Oversee governance communications and ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.

• Preferred experience in managed care or prescription benefit management.

• Strong preference for experience with Amisys, Xcelys, or similar claims adjudication systems.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Payment Accuracy programs within EDI Gateway Availity or similar programs is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
