📋 Description

• Take a leading role in strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems

• Build and maintain client relationships, foster organizational growth, and supervise teams

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables across various workstreams

• Handle project risks, financial budgets, performance metrics, and resource requirements

• Prepare reports and presentations at the executive level to communicate findings and recommendations

• Act as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders

• Guide junior analysts and contribute to the development of organizational knowledge

• Evaluate complex project-related issues and devise innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, components, and financial management

• Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and cost-effective completion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are aligned

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree

• At least 10 years of professional experience

• Proven experience in leading programs, including planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing programs to support an integrated health care system

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary federal public trust clearance for this position
