Program Manager – Fleet Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of new commercial fleet programs, digital improvements, and operational strategies.

• Optimize and enhance the experience for commercial drivers.

• Foster strong collaborative relationships with the Field Operations Team.

• Bolster ongoing operational support and increase awareness of the commercial fleet's presence.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks while enhancing transaction efficiency utilizing commercial fleet POS systems, fueling technologies, and payment infrastructures.

• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to harmonize goals and propel fleet initiatives.

• Contribute to the growth of one of the largest diesel networks in the nation.

• Leverage social media marketing campaigns and trade show planning to advertise fleet services and engage with commercial partners.

• Establish brand presence at key industry events and uphold brand standards.

• Enhance operational execution, identify complex challenges, and implement effective solutions.

• Take ownership of program execution while enhancing interdepartmental collaboration and external brand visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally in retail, convenience store operations, commercial fueling, or fleet management sectors.

• Familiarity with commercial fleet POS systems, Salesforce, and fuel payment networks is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in fostering positive interdepartmental relationships and managing stakeholder alignment.

• Self-motivated individual with high emotional intelligence.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

• Must be capable of working remotely with a dedicated workspace.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
