This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Supervise and manage various evaluation projects and programs.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations, objectives, and goals.
• Collaborate with Strategic Consultant(s) to oversee program workstreams.
• Develop, implement, and sustain project plans and tools.
• Assist in managing project scope and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities with clients, Engage fi resources, and vendor resources.
• Monitor, prepare, and deliver internal and client-facing progress reports and presentations.
• Document and track action items.
• Raise proposed program/project scope modifications and communicate approved changes to stakeholders.
• Highlight program risks associated with project deadlines and activities.
• Collaborate with clients and Strategic Consultant(s) to address issues.
• Facilitate approved adjustments to project plans and the overall program.
• Provide, manage, and maintain program and project management documents, tools, and templates.
• Utilize Smartsheet, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint files.
• Assist with EFI best practices, project tools, and process enhancements.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.
• Create and maintain internal standard operating procedures.
• Monitor project billing hours and budgets.
• Assist consultants and Consulting Services evaluation and conversion teams with process or project challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 7+ years of relevant project management experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor sectors.
• Proficiency in project/program management, ideally related to vendor and system evaluations and selection.
• Experience with solutions involving enterprise-grade software applications and project management tasks.
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
• Technical expertise in Smartsheet, HubSpot, resource management and tracking applications, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Capacity to learn additional software programs.
• Strong interpersonal and professional verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills in change, risk, and resource management.
• Capability to work independently in a peer review setting.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and activity streams.
• Must be available to work full time, 40 hours per week.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% based on client and business requirements.
