Program Manager – Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct ServiceNow projects that encompass presales, prototypes, internal lab development, and solution implementation.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow to introduce offerings and develop support documentation for internal use.

• Work alongside technical architects and leadership to create demonstrations, prototypes, and proposal materials.

• Develop PowerPoint presentations and recordings highlighting key demonstrations, features, and advantages.

• Manage multiple initiatives and programs centered around ServiceNow.

• Offer insights on presales and program initiatives, customer requirements, solutions, and the value of ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and capture teams to ensure high-quality results and ongoing enhancement.

• Assist in the development of proposals, writing, and presales meetings with customers.

• Organize meetings and track action items.

• Monitor trends, capabilities, and best practices to guide strategy and solution development.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform.

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow project and program management, preferably including presales, prototypes, and demonstration activities.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and principles of IT modernization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in developing proposal content and supporting business development initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.

• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
