This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution and operational success of the myTuesday digital patient access initiative.
• Ensure visibility regarding device deployments, replacements, returns, inventory, and vendor-managed processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for key vendor relationships on a daily basis.
• Set expectations, monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and hold partners accountable.
• Convert program objectives and priorities into actionable operating plans, processes, and measurable tasks in collaboration with Product and Operations.
• Track inventory, usage, and projected patient demand to anticipate future requirements and mitigate capacity risks.
• Create transparency into patient adoption rates, utilization, inventory levels, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage program data and operational insights to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Strengthen, standardize, document, and appropriately automate operational workflows.
• Prepare for operational readiness concerning program changes or expansions.
• Identify operational challenges and process deficiencies, coordinating timely resolutions across teams.
• Occasionally assist patients with device setup or troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize patient feedback to enhance program operations and the overall patient experience.
• Support additional program management and cross-functional initiatives within the Product organization.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program management, business operations, product operations, healthcare operations, project management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage programs, processes, or operational workflows and drive initiatives from planning to execution.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capability to handle multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying operational gaps, formulating practical solutions, and driving issues to resolution.
• Proficiency in working with data and reporting to assess program performance, uncover trends, and guide operational decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and patients.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to proactively identify areas needing attention and push work forward.
• Comfortable with technology and assisting others in navigating technical challenges when necessary.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities, programs, and processes are subject to continual change.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or technology-enabled services is preferred.
