Program Manager – Business Transformation and Innovation

📋 Description

• Assist with partnership initiatives including onboarding, training, process optimization, and reporting for the worldwide partner network.

• Establish partner enablement initiatives, encompassing onboarding, educational training, certifications, and follow-up activities.

• Oversee the onboarding procedures for newly incorporated technology partners.

• Create frameworks for continuous partner communication and feedback collection.

• Address inquiries, gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and execute process modifications.

• Implement program benefits across internal partner groups.

• Manage intricate projects involving both internal and external partners.

• Leverage CRM tools and analytical data to monitor and enhance program efforts.

• Administer partner account information and transform extensive datasets into actionable insights.

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective partners and nurture strategic partnerships.

• Guide, coach, and train team members.

• Facilitate change management for organization-wide program updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or considerable equivalent experience.

• Prior experience in program management, project management, or business development.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate cross-functional projects within set budgets and timelines.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Imaging-related technologies.

• Extensive knowledge of the partner ecosystem.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to convert large volumes of data into actionable insights.

• Experience utilizing CRM tools for partner account data management.

• Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Exceptional presentation and communication competencies.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Preferred experience with partner programs and customer engagement through partners.

• Preferred experience in cultivating strategic partner relationships.

• Preferred experience in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
