This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Deliver a range of cohort training sessions through the phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of program operations, technical subjects, and staff responsibilities.
• Track attendance and communicate results to client stakeholders, or take necessary actions for students.
• Oversee weekly surveys, assessments, retrospectives, and similar activities; compile data into easily manageable formats.
• Develop cohort-specific resources, including meeting links, Teams channels, LMS setups, curriculum materials, and infrastructure support.
• Guide students in onboarding to Galvanize platforms and facilitate discussions for both small and large groups.
• Assist with cohort kickoffs and organize/facilitate demo days, graduations, and other student-related events.
• Manage student-oriented onboarding communications and act as the primary point of contact for students.
• Ensure smooth classroom operations through effective communication with instructors and students, addressing needs and learning infrastructures.
• Regularly check in with instructors to verify that preparation is on schedule.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues and risks in collaboration with the Director of Client Solutions Manager.
• Engage in weekly coordination meetings with Operations, Academics, and other departments.
• Complete final delivery tasks, including reports, student offboarding, and capstone/graduation ceremonies.
• Design and implement corrective measures for both technical and non-technical development needs.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance outcomes and foster a positive environment.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Experience with Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
• Ability to pass a required background check.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree(s) preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong public speaking abilities; capable of presenting to, facilitating, and engaging both large and small groups.
• Competence in navigating challenging conversations with clarity, empathy, and directness.
• Comfort in making significant decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Highly self-sufficient, conscientious, reliable, self-driven, and solution-focused.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and data-informed.
• Ability to take ownership or partial ownership of both short- and long-term projects.

• Familiarity with Google Apps, Slack, Asana, and Zoom.
• Knowledge of GitHub or GitLab.
• Background in teaching, coaching, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
