Program Manager, Avionics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer programs and act as the primary representative for designated clients.

• Drive program delivery, managing schedule, scope, risks, opportunities, and commitments to customers.

• Organize regular program evaluations and key milestones, such as PDRs and CDRs.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure effective program implementation.

• Assist in proposal development, strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional project initiatives.

• Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to promote program success and integrated solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable Program Management position.

• Proven Program Management experience is essential.

• Prior experience in the commercial aviation sector.

• Familiarity with aviation systems, ISPs, or complex aircraft installations.

• Experience with aircraft certification programs (FAA, EASA, TCCA, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of aircraft engineering drawings and documentation is advantageous.

• Experience with commercial aviation IFEC products or services is a plus.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project or similar software is necessary.

• Must have the legal ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Ability to pass a post-offer DOT drug test upon hiring is required.
